1. Data controller
Personal data is processed by the Seller named at the end of the user agreement. Contact for data questions – to be specified.
2. What we collect
- SteamID, nickname and avatar from Steam – when you sign in;
- in-game stats: playtime, kills, level, clan;
- Discord ID – if you link Discord;
- history of top-ups and purchases;
- the text of reports you send;
- IP address and technical browser data – in server logs.
We do not receive payment data (card numbers etc.): it is processed by the payment service on its secure page.
3. Why
To recognise you on the site and servers, show your stats, deliver purchases, process payments and refunds, review reports, protect the project from fraud and comply with the law.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given when you sign in, and performance of the user agreement (offer) when you buy goods.
5. Who we share it with
Only those the site cannot work without: payment services – to process payments, Discord – for bot messages if you linked Discord, the hosting provider – to store data. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.
6. Cookies
The site sets cookies for signing in, «remember me» and the chosen language. Sign-in does not work without them. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
7. Retention
While your account exists on the site; payment records as long as the law requires (usually up to 5 years); server logs up to 6 months.
8. Protection
Only the project administration has access to the data, connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords and keys are stored separately from the code.
9. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw consent – write to to be specified with your SteamID. We reply within 10 business days. You can unlink Discord yourself in your account.
